Pierre Trichet – L’Exception – 2011

Light golden colour with a green hue and young vigorous mousseux. Open and vinous nose with a hint of oak, toasted and nutty notes, high ripeness with sweet pear, plum and darker fruit notes. Full bodied with a fine creaminess, mellow acidity and layers of ripe fruit, nougat and windfall but without oxidation. Long and chewy finish. A broad, bold and vinous champagne.
