Pietrement Renard – Blancs de Blancs – NV

Bright straw colour with a green hue and youthful bubbles. Bright and youthful aromas of crushed apple, citrus, stony hints and hazelnut there´s a slight toastiness indicating oak. Medium bodied with a fresh bite, rather low dosage, nice mouth-watering sensation, youthful but ripe fruit with citrus, pear, grapefruit and some nutty notes followed by a long, fresh finish.
