Piollot – 2008

Pale colour and a vibrant mousse, the nose is vinous and offers some notes of butter, vanilla, stone fruits and perhaps a touch of oak. The palate is very young and has a zesty freshness, creamy texture, young fruit and a rather fine length, should develop well.
