Piot Sevillano – Florilege – 2007

Deep golden colour, very mature and developed nose in an oxidative style, notes of pastry, nuts, vanilla cream and a bold creamy palate, mature and rounded with some hints of oak, ripe pinot and a rather long finish, feels a bit developed for its age but for those who like this very traditional vinous style it should drink well.
