Piot Sevillano – NV

Medium deep rosé colour with a vivid mousse, the nose is young and rather vinous with hints of yeast, brioche, ripe citrus and some green hints, good grip on the palate, nicely firm and fresh with well integrated mousse, notes of pineapple, bright freshness and long lingering finish.
