Light golden colour with a vivid young mousse. Pure nose with some autolytic complexity, brioche, lightly roasted nuts, plum, pear and confit de citron. The palate offers ripe and generous fruit with a crisp backbone of acidity, youthful but integrated mousse, fig, pear and red berry flavours in a nicely sleek texture with a long creamy finish.
