Light golden colour with a fine mousse. Elegant nose with some maturity and autolytic complexity, butterscotch, toast and stone fruit with some nuttiness. The palate has sweetness, but is well-integrated with a fresh backbone, ripe peach, confit de citron and pineapple flavours leading on to a long vigorous finish, well-done for the style.
