Piper Heidseick – Essentiel Blanc de Blancs – NV

Bright light golden colour with a fine stream of bubbles. Fine maturity on the nose, some windfall, dried apple, fig, hazelnut and candied ginger. The palate is ample with a bright freshness, yet mature and seemingly sweet fruit flavours, fresh butter, mango and citrus, bone dry with a supple and creamy texture and a long complex finish.
