Bright light to medium golden colour. Complex nose, fine maturity autolytic notes of brioche, butter, roasted nuts, plum and confit de citron. Bone dry palate, low dosage, yet mature and sweet fruit flavours, a creamy texture with fine mousse, crisp acidity underneath, nutty and layered with a long bold finish.
