Bright light golden colour. Intense, mature and finely layered nose, lovely toastiness, hazelnut, marzipan, brioche and butter with ripe yellow stone fruit like peach, apricot and pineapple with candied ginger, citrus and some smoky notes. The palate is dense, mature and weighty with a finely integrated creaminess, layers of ripe yellow fruit, sweet citrus with almond paste and brioche notes, and a complex, layered and very long finish. Lovely maturity, freshness and drinkability.
