Light towards medium deep golden colour. Pure and intense nose offering ripe stone fruit, pineapple, candied citrus and patisserie. Off dry palate with well-dosed sweetness backed up by a bright acidity, good maturity and autolytic complexity with brioche, sweet apricot and citrus zest flavours followed by a long finish.
