Piper Heidsieck – Essentiel Blanc de Blancs – NV

Bright light golden colour with a youthful vivid mousse. Expressive and vinous nose offering some sherry-like notes, almond, hazelnut, chamomile and yellow fruit. The palate is rather dense yet bone dry with a nice bite, a gentle mousse, intense stone fruit flavours with autolytic complexity, fine patisserie, peach, hazelnut and a long lingering finish. Well-balanced and full of character in a bone dry style with fine complexity and drinkability.
