Medium deep golden colour with fine small bubbles. The nose is complex with fine maturity and autolys displaying brioche, roasted nuts, nougat and ripe yellow fruit. Nice density and freshness on the palate with a mild creaminess, towards Extra Brut and salivating with a fine harmony of pastry, croissant, confit de citron and nougat flavours with a long complex finish.
