Dark inky purple core. Roasted coffee and fresh herbs on the nose with sweet plum. Rather full palate, still on the extracted side with high tannin/acidity, more on the red fruity side with red currant and plum notes. Medium to long with an herbaceous spiciness. On the leaner side today needing time to soften.
