Inky dark purple/black core. Still youthful needing air to open, a slight balsamic note, freshly crushed berries, cassis, plum, pepper and dry spices. Rather ample palate, still a youthful restraint, some herbal flavours, primary fruit notes and a rather long, slightly tight finish.
