Plaimont – Le Faite – 2014

Inky dark core with some mature/ruby coloured rim. Inky dark fruit, cassis, kirsch, prune, sage and bay leaf. Very dense palat with an intense tannin texture starting to soften, persistent dark berry flavours with some spicy liquorice and pepepr notes leading to a long and muscular finish. Still a sturdy style needing some time to open.
