Bright dark inky colour and hue. Pure nose offering high ripeness - cassis, red currants, plum, and aromatic herbs like bay leaf and sage with mild oak underneath. A modern interpretation with a rounded texture, yet a fine level of freshness derived from polished tannin. Digest and well built with fine volume and a mildly spicy lingering finish.
