Plaimont – Témoignage – 2019

Dark garnet core and a lighter rim. Pure nose offering cassis, wild berries, cherry and mild oak with dry spices. Dense and concentrated, ripe fruit flavours but remaining dry, still a youthful texture but good polish and layers with a long and lingering finish. Fine potential.
