Bright light straw colour. Pure and aromatic with yellow plum, ripe pear and some waxy notes. The palte is viscous and rather full with crushed pear flavours, it offers good ripeness but remains dry with a well tuned acidity, gentle bitterness and peppery spice notes leading to a rather long finish.
