Plozza Vini – Rededition Sassella Riserva – 2013

Medium deep ruby red colour with an orange hue. Slightly woody nose but not really new oak aromas, dried red fruit, pepper and spice. The palate shows a medium body with high extract and young fruit like sour cherry. Rather full palate but still austere and tannic with restrained fruit, a high acidity, young tannin and a moderate length. Needing time.
