Poderi Moretti – 2018

Medium deep ruby with an orange rim. Sweet aromas of ripe raspberry, cherry, plum, truffle and chocolate praline with mild oak in the background. The palate is still youthful, a rigid tannic backbone, fresh red fruit and cherry flavours with pepper, clove and some oak derived spiciness, good freshness and length but still needing time to gain silkiness and complexity.
