Poggio Al Tesoro – Solosole – 2008

Bright straw colour with a green hue. Some maturity on the nose, rather Riesling like with lime, lemon, yellow fruit and some smoky/petrol notes, yet with good purity. The palate is bone dry and fresh with nice yellow fruit, spicy hints of lemon zest, ginger and some phenolic presence, good freshness, grip and length.
