Poinsot Frères – Cuvée Prestige – 2009

Pale golden colour and a lively creamy mousseux. Pure nose displaying pale stone fruit, citrus, fresh almond and some herbal notes. The palate has medium weight, bright and fresh, still young and restrained fruit, a creamy texture, rather long, but still needing time to open.
