Pol Roger – Blanc de Blancs – 2012

Pale straw colour with a golden hue and fine mousseux. Pure and chalky nose with citrus, lime, lemongrass and fresh hazelnut. Very good grip on the palate, nicely firm and fresh with pale stone fruit, citrus, crushed nuts, fresh butter, very chalky and fine Chardonnay notes with a very long and pure finish.
