Medium deep ruby red colour. Plenty of sweet fruit and spice on the nose, jammed berries, cherry, ginger, clove, liquorice notes. The palate is ripe with sweet fruit notes but it gets a fresh bite from fine firm tannin, spicy with red fruit compote and a generously sweet and spicy finish.
