Medium deep golden colour with a fine foam of bubbles. Rather nutty and spicy nose with candied citrus and dried fruit notes. Bone dry palate, spicy with nutty notes a fresh acidity and rather ripe exotic fruit, good grip and length. Exciting and different style.
