Dark inky core with a purple hue. Pure and aromatic with ripe dark fruit - cassis, blackberry, dark cherry, some vanilla and oak-derived spices. Generous palate, dark fruit with a fresh backbone, rounded tannins, digest dark fruit with mild oak and a fine length.
