Prat – Yveline Prat Millésime – 2012

Bright light golden colour with a green hue and foamy mousse. Pure and youthful nose, some chalky notes, ripe citrus, lemongrass, pale stone fruit and almond. Young palate, still very creamy mousse, a fresh acidity, zesty stone fruit, saffron and almond notes with good grip and length. Youthful but enjoyable with potential for a fine development.
