France,
Bordeaux,
Very inky and youthful colour here. Impenetrable core, very purple. The nose is youthful as well, showing a lot of primary fruit, mostly dark fruity characters, such as dark plum, cassis, cherry, with a mild spiciness and no noticeable oak. Good grip on the palate. Quite full. Still with a fair deal of extract. There is delicious and juicy fruit with ripe blackberry and plum. Mild spiciness, some floral notes. Still with a quite high acidity and marked tannin on top of everything. Of course, that is just a question of time that will easily come together in the coming one to two years. It has a good length too and good weight. So I would say a fine potential, but it needs some more time to come together.
