Medium deep golden colour with a lively mousseux. Intense nose fruit driven with pinot dark fruity aromas of raspberry, plum, pain d’épices and some nutty notes. Pure and crisp palate with ample fruit, spicy and lingering flavours with good balance in a fruit driven pinot style with good length.
