Youthful and quite pale, bright colour. Rather tiny bubbles. Pure nose, offering fresh, really fresh and vibrant; such as crushed apple, pear, some hints of lime zest and a floral hint as well. Rather light body, with a balanced creamy mousse. So quite nicely rounded texture. Good sensation of freshness, just a little hint of sweetness on the finish. Rather a fruity sweetness. Medium-long finish. Youthful and attractive. A style to drink now over the coming year.
