Very dense inky core and a ruby rim. Layered nose with hints of fine oak, spices, dark plum and cassis. The palate is rather massive with plenty of extract and young tannin, dense dark fruit, rich, weighty and long but still tight and restrained on the finish, should develop well but needs time.
