Provins – Maitre de Chais Reserve Speciale – 2012

Light golden color, quite viscous texture. Rich and intense nose with layers of yellow fruit, flower, almonds, yeast and mineral. Good structure on the palate, dense fruity core with an almost salty mineral feeling, great freshness and a very long finish, powerful and promising.
