Switzerland,
Valais,
Youthful and bright, but with a light golden tinge. Very clean and refreshing nose, displaying a fine combination here of ripe fruit like peach, apricot, lemon peel; but at the same time very pure with that mineral sensation. No traces of oak. Very crisp acidity. Despite that high ripeness, it’s quite mouth-filling, with good volume. Balanced alcohol. Really pleasant on the palate; keeps lingering for quite a good while, so a long, pure finish. We have that biting freshness, those zesty notes lingering. Nicely balanced fruitiness with fresh pineapple, peach. Ripe and tempting fruit, but still with a well-balanced freshness. Really good stuff.
