Israel,
Benjamin Mountains,
Clear and bright colour with a light straw colour. The nose is youthful and fresh, quite floral and grapey, I would say with notes like freshly crushed grapes, some white flower, citrus and green apple aromas. Very fresh palate here, we talk about a light body, no oak influence really. It is really built on that primary fruit there, the green apple, some citrus, some lime. A quite light and simple style, but pleasurable for that fresh and grapey fruit, with hints of lemon lime. Good freshness and vibrant, with a quite light and rounded finish.
