Quinta da Bela Vista – Carcavelos 70 Years Old – 1936

Medium deep amber colour. Intense and complex nose with fine development, tawny-like with candied orange, crushed nuts, dried fruit, tobacco and chocolate. The palate has some sweetness but a lot of nuttiness and bite thus appearing drier in the positive sense, great bite and freshness yet with mature, nutty and complex flavours with a long and lingering finish. Very warming.
