Inky dark purple core and lighter hue. Floral nose offering violet, cassis, dark berries, wild herbs and mint with some new oak and toast. The palate is dense and concentrated, still with some oak presence but modest extraction, floral dark fruit with spicy pepper and licorice noted leading to a long bold finish.
