Inky almost opaque purple colour. Sweet, floral and perfumed nose with crushed cassis, plum and cherry with sweet spices. Bold and ample palate, still youthful with grainy tannin, ample dark fruit, a fresh acidity underneath and a long finish. Very polished, still needing time to develop complexity.
