Quinta de Quercus – Single Vineyard – 2012

Quite dark ruby red core. Traditional nose of wood, vanilla and fresh mushroom with dried herbs, dill and dried fruit, medium weight, quite austere core, some leathery notes, dried fruit and slightly sweet finish.
