Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure stony and aromatic nose with white fleshed fruit, lime, lemongrass and wild herbs. Nice grip on the palate, medium bodied with a zesty acidity, ginger and lemongrass notes with a slight hint of mild oak and a long pure finish.
