Inky purple/black colour. Port-like aromas of black cherry, jammed berries, plum, cassis and sweet spices. The palate is ample and has the texture of a sweet wine, yet remaining dry with layers of peppery black fruit, finely underlined by grainy tannin and a balancing acidity, intense and concentrated, still too young but ambitious, well-built with great length.
