Inky dark purple towards black. Modern nose with new oak and toast, drys spices, liquorice and layers of cassis, blackberry and kirsch. The palate has a very high concentration, balanced extract and grainy tannin, some oak derived flavours but the dark fruit is dominating with sage and liquorice spice notes, rich and warm with a long lingering finish. Ambitious with a fine potential.
