Still a dark inky almost black core. Notes of tobacco, tar, ripe dark cassis, plum and cherry with mild oak underneath. The palate combines freshness and density with youthful but ripe tannin, fresh dark fruit with a vivid herbaceous spiciness and long lingering finish.
