Dark ruby core still with a purple hue. Youthful and pure nose of mainly darker fruit, plum and some liquorice/aniseed notes. Medium to full, spicy fruit, still young but with ripe tannin, modest oak influence, and a fairly long finish. Accessible but should still improve.
