Light golden colour with a green hue and fine mousseux. Intense nose showing spring flowers, citrus, pale stone fruit and fresh nuts. The palate is bone dry, rather Extra Brut I suppose. Good freshness and grip with a salivating acidity and mild creaminess, ripe citrus and fresh peach notes, well balanced with long persistency and good bite. Still youthful but attractive.
