Bright straw colour with a young mousseux. Pure nose, some stony notes with fresh almond, ginger, citrus and pale stone fruit. Nice bite on the palate, medium bodied but textured with fine extract a bright acidity, fine creaminess and layers of fruit like white peach and candied citrus, and a long and mouth-watering finish. Nice, precise and elegant.
