Raats – Eden High Density Single Vineyard – 2014

Quite intense medium golden colour. Rather roasted nose with fine wood, tropical fruit, like fresh pineapple mango and roasted nuts. The palate is big and bold with dense texture, yet a fresh acidity. Layers of yellow fruit, crushed nuts and some smoky notes. Long and grippy finish, still a bit young and unresolved but should have the structure to develop finely.
