Bright medium deep golden colour with fine small bubbles. The nose is intense and pure with fine maturity, roasted notes, grilled nuts, brioche, yellow stone fruit, confit de citron and floral hints. Unctuous and creamy palate, finely integrated mousse with a vivid fresh backbone, a slight sense of sweetness thanks to the ripe fruit yet it remains firmly dry and offers a vivid spiciness with crushed nuts, fine smoke, nougat and a very long creamy finish. Very complex, mature and harmonious today.
