Medium deep golden colour with vivid small bubbles. Intense nose with lovely toastiness, hazelnut, patisserie, ripe yellow fruit, apricot and candied citrus. The palate is broad and ample with fine proportions, well-integrated acidity/mousseux with an emphasis on succulent fruit with mature and autolytic notes of toast, brioche, cream and a long velvety finish.
