Bright light golden colour with fine vivid bubbles. Bright and pure nose displaying finely toasted notes, hazelnut, confit de citron, ripe stone fruit, chalk, fresh butter and brioche. Excellent bite on the palate, great purity of fruit, no oak involved, rather some toast from lees ageing, complex and layered combining ripe peach and stone fruit with a remarkable freshness, finely integrated creaminess and a long suave finish. Really good.
